About the Journal
Journal Sport Academy (JSA) is a scientific journal published by the Master’s Program in Physical Education, Universitas PGRI Pontianak. This journal serves as a medium for the dissemination and socialization of research findings to both academics and the wider community in the field of sports and its applications. The scope of study includes: Physical Education; Sports Coaching; Physical Activities; Traditional Sports; Health Sports; and Disability Sports.
This scientific journal accepts contributions throughout the year, with a publication frequency of twice annually (June and December). Registered with LIPI P-ISSN: 2962-3030, E-ISSN: 2962-3332. Manuscripts submitted will be evaluated immediately upon receipt. The template for manuscript preparation can be downloaded here. All published manuscripts have adhered to the standard Indonesian language guidelines since Volume 1, Issue 1, which was published in 2021.

Current Issue

Journal Sport Academy (JSA) is a scientific journal published by the Master’s Program in Physical Education, Universitas PGRI Pontianak. This journal serves as a platform for the dissemination and communication of research findings to both academics and the general public in the field of sports and its applications. The scope of the journal includes Physical Education, Sports Coaching, Physical Activity, Traditional Sports, Health Sports, and Disability Sports.
In Volume 3, Issue 1 (2024), Journal Sport Academy (JSA) presents seven diverse articles covering topics ranging from Physical Education and Sports Coaching to Physical Activity. This diversity of content reflects the broad application of sports education within society and the wide range of research opportunities it offers.
We sincerely appreciate the enthusiasm and dedication of the authors in contributing their articles. Our gratitude also goes to the experts who have taken the time to review the manuscripts, provide constructive feedback, and improve their quality. This support motivates us to continue managing the journal, ensuring its regular publication, and striving for continuous quality improvement.
